Refund Policy

Effective Date: 5 April 2025

At D'Crystals, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. LOCAL ORDERS (WITHIN MALAYSIA)

We accept refund or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • A clear unedited video of the package being opened is provided upon delivery.

  • A valid purchase receipt is submitted along with the claim.

  • Refund or exchange request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Once we verify the evidence, we will offer:

  • A replacement, if available.

  • A full or partial refund, based on the condition and availability.

2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not offer refunds or returns for orders shipped outside of MALAYSIA due to:

  • Customs restrictions

  • International shipping risks

  • Longer transit times beyond our control

Please consider this before placing an overseas order.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Natural variation in crystals (size, color, shape)

  • Used or damaged items not due to delivery issues

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Video proof and receipt attachment

5. PROCESSING TIME

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.
