1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently offer shipping within Malaysia & limited SEA & EU countries only.
International shipping will take longer periods & higher delivery fee due to the lack of shipment providers currently. We apologize for any inconvenienced caused.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier availability.
 

3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
 

4. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately. For local orders, we require a video of the package being opened and the original receipt as proof for compensation review.
