By accessing or purchasing from D'crystals,  you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This website is operated by Crystd Trading. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to D Crystal.
 

2. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

All crystals are natural, and each piece is unique. Colors, patterns, and sizes may vary slightly from product photos.
 

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders will only be processed once payment is received in full.
 

4. SHIPPING

We ship locally within Malaysia. International orders will be facing longer delivery time & adjustment due to current lack of delivery market. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
 

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns for overseas shipments. For local orders, proof of mishandling must be supported by a video of package opening and a receipt of purchase. All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from use of our website, services, or products beyond the value of the purchase made.
