When it comes to buying jewelry—especially online—getting the right size matters. Whether you’re choosing a bracelet, bangle, or anklet, measuring your size accurately ensures comfort, security, and a polished look. In this guide, we break down simple ways to measure each type and tips for a perfect fit.

📏 Measuring Bracelet Sizing (Chain / Beaded Bracelets)

Tools Needed: Soft measuring tape or string + ruler

How to Measure:

  1. Wrap the soft measuring tape snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone (where you’d normally wear a watch).

  2. Note the measurement in centimeters or inches.

  3. Add 1.5 to 2 cm (or 0.5 to 0.75 inch) for a comfortable fit.

✨ Tip: For a snug fit, add 1 cm. For a looser fit or stacking, add 2 cm.

🔘 Bangle Sizing (Solid Circle)

Method 1: Measure Your Hand (Recommended)

Best for customers who do not already own a bangle.

Steps:

  1. Bring your thumb and little finger together (as if slipping on a bangle).

  2. Measure the widest part of your hand across the knuckles.

  3. Use a measuring tape or wrap a string around this point.

  4. Note the circumference, then convert it to inner diameter using the size chart.

This ensures the bangle can pass over your hand comfortably.

Method 2: Measure an Existing Bangle

Best if you already own a well-fitting bangle.

Steps:

  1. Place the bangle on a flat surface.

  2. Measure the inner diameter straight across (do not include thickness).

  3. Match the measurement to the size chart.

✦ Fit Guidance ✦

  • If you prefer a snug, classic fit, choose the smaller size. (-1mm)

  • For easier wear and removal, size up slightly. (+1mm)

  • If you are between sizes, select the larger size for comfort.

👣 Anklet Sizing

Tools Needed: Soft tape or string

How to Measure:

  1. Sit down and cross one leg over the other.

  2. Wrap tape around your ankle just above the ankle bone.

  3. Add 1–2 cm depending on your preference.

🩰 Tip: For barefoot wear, a looser fit is common. For wear with shoes/boots, keep it more fitted.

💎 Final Tips

  • When in doubt, size up—especially for gifts.

  • Use adjustable chain extenders for flexibility.

  • Consider shape of wrist/hand: oval wrists may prefer oval bangles.

Choosing jewelry that fits just right adds elegance, confidence, and comfort to your style. Take a few extra moments to measure—and your wrists and ankles will thank you!
