Origin
Pietersite was first discovered in Namibia, Africa, and later found in Henan Province, China.

Chinese Pietersite: Typically displays a brownish-red body color with less vibrant chatoyancy compared to the Namibian variety. The colors are more subdued, featuring earthy tones such as reds, browns, and yellows.
