Cauliflower Jade is a variety of Serpentine, named for its unique textured surface that resembles cauliflower florets. It ranges in tone from soft lime to rich olive green and is often mistaken for real jade. Despite its name, it is a hydrous magnesium silicate, not a nephrite or jadeite.
